What You'll Do10
- 1Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels standards, ensuring every detail meets quality expectations.
- 2Replace linens and amenities in guest rooms, maintaining inventory and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- 3Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly throughout your shift.
- 4Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- 5Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed to support team operations.
- 6Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests, enhancing their stay experience.
- 7Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards, reflecting the hotel's brand image.
- 8Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that boost satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- 9Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergency situations.

Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.

- 5Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- 6Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs repetitively during the entire shift.
- 7Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
