What You'll Do9
- 1Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels standards in the first 30 days.
- 2Replace linens and amenities, ensuring each room feels welcoming for guests.
- 3Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, maintaining stock levels and proper usage.
- 4Report maintenance issues, lost items, and suspicious behavior to supervisors promptly.
- 5Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
- 6Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
- 7Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
- 8Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
- 9Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergencies.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
- 3Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
- 4Basic English skills preferred.
- 5Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- 6Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs repetitively during the entire shift.
- 7Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
