What You'll Do11
- 1Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards
- 2Replace linens and amenities reporting maintenance issues
- 3Organize cleaning carts and linen closets ensuring proper supply usage
- 4Report lost items and suspicious behavior to supervisors
- 5Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests
- 6Maintain professional appearance adhering to uniform standards
- 7Deliver friendly helpful guest interactions enhancing satisfaction
- 8Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures
- 9Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- 10Work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- 11Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2Previous experience in cleaning role preferred
- 3Basic English skills required
- 4Ability to walk stand reach and bend
- 5Ability to push lift and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively
- 6Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
