What You'll Do8
- 1Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews standards, ensuring spotless surfaces and fresh linens.
- 2Replace linens, amenities, and towels, and promptly report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- 3Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, keeping supplies stocked and using chemicals per OSHA guidelines.
- 4Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and irregularities to supervisors immediately.
- 5Communicate accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests during encounters.
- 6Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards at all times.
- 7Attend departmental meetings and mandatory training sessions, including OSHA safety sessions.
- 8Follow all safety protocols for chemical use and emergency situations, adapting to changing schedules and business needs.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 21+ year experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role preferred.
- 31+ year experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
- 4Basic English communication skills preferred.
- 5Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- 6Ability to push, lift, and pull items up to 25 lbs repetitively during the full shift.
- 7Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
