What You'll Do8
- 1Clean guest rooms to exact Four Seasons standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- 2Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotions, and cotton balls, ensuring every room meets brand standards.
- 3Deliver flawless service by handling all guest interactions with warmth and professionalism, fulfilling special requests.
- 4Report maintenance issues promptly to keep rooms in pristine condition.
- 5Follow the designated number of rooms to clean each shift, balancing speed and attention to detail.
- 6Respond to guest requests within 5 minutes to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- 7Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- 8Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet daily occupancy goals.
