
Robot Teleoperator | $30-$55/hr Remote
Overview
A hands-on role in our Robotics Operations team. You will control state-of-the-art robotic manipulators and humanoid systems through teleoperation interfaces, contributing to data that trains next generation AI models. Expect a fast-paced lab environment, with collaboration between robotics engineers and AI researchers and a flexible 24/7 shift cadence. The work blends precise control, data collection, and real world task demonstrations using VR and leader-arm tech.
What You'll Do5
- 1Operate robotic arms and humanoid robots in real time using leader-arm systems, VR headsets, and handheld controllers within designated safety zones
- 2Execute structured manipulation tasks and generate reliable demonstration data across a range of activities
- 3Capture data for tasks such as picking, placing, sorting, folding, opening and closing containers, and assembly
- 4Monitor data collection sessions, troubleshoot hardware or software issues, and contribute to improvements of data pipelines
- 5Meet established quality and productivity metrics across each 8 hour shift while maintaining high demonstration accuracy
