Robot Operator, Python & Robotics Data Tasks
Overview
The Robot Operator owns hands-on control of robotic systems and structured data review at scale. You will teach manipulation skills to robots, generate high-quality motion and grasping datasets, review data for accuracy, and provide structured feedback to engineering and AI teams to drive improvements. You will join a small, collaborative team focused on robotics development and data workflows. This role offers daytime hours and hands-on exposure to advanced robotic systems and data-driven optimization.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build repeatable motion sequences to produce training data for robotics and AI teams
- 2Teach and demonstrate grasping techniques across diverse SKUs and product types
- 3Operate robotic systems to perform pick-and-place tasks safely and consistently
- 4Review captured motion and grasping data for accuracy, completeness, and standards compliance
- 5Provide structured feedback to engineering and AI teams based on observations during operation and data review
- 6Follow safety procedures in active robotic cells and maintain clean work area
- 7Handle materials and packaging items as part of the robot operation workflow
- 8Support general labor, inventory, and production activities related to robotic operations
- 9Log activities and document issues using computer systems
- 10Maintain a structured, process-driven environment within a production setting

- 1Proven ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- 2Lift up to 40 lbs as part of material handling and labor tasks
- 3Basic computer proficiency for data entry and software tools
- 4Material handling experience in production or warehouse environments
- 5Packaging experience related to handling and preparing products
- 6General labor and production support experience in structured environments
- 7Strong attention to detail in operating robots and reviewing data
- 8Ability to follow structured tasks and procedures precisely and consistently
- 9Comfort with learning new tools and technologies used in robotic operations
