What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver skilled nursing care using Electronic Charting System
- 2Perform nursing procedures aligned with training and clinical judgment
- 3Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans with supervisors
- 4Offer health counseling and emotional support to patients and families
- 5Coordinate care with external agencies and physicians
- 6Maintain mobility for patient transport between locations
- 7Implement treatment protocols and monitor patient progress
- 8Document all care activities accurately in electronic records
- 9Collaborate with extern program participants for training and mentorship
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of clinical experience
- 3Valid/Current Nursing License
- 4Valid/Current CPR Card for Healthcare Workers
- 5Operate an automobile with current driver’s license and insurance
- 6Completely mobile to serve diverse patient populations
- 7Self motivator requiring minimal supervision
- 8Willingness to flexible scheduling and emergency coverage
- 9Experience with pediatric care documentation systems
- 10Knowledge of state licensing requirements for RN/LVN practice
