Overview

What You'll Do9
- 1Provide comprehensive nursing care under RN supervision
- 2Develop and implement care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- 3Educate patients and caregivers on treatment protocols
- 4Accept and document verbal orders with RN case manager co-signature
- 5Maintain accurate medical records and communicate changes to physicians
- 6Manage medication administration and wound care
- 7Coordinate home visits during scheduled shifts
- 8Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- 9Complete required continuing education hours
Requirements9
- 1Active Texas nurse license or compact license
- 2Current CPR certification from Red Cross or AHA
- 35+ years home health nursing experience
- 4Proficiency with EHR systems
- 5Ability to pass background check
- 6Valid immunization records
- 7Strong communication skills
- 8Experience with pediatric care documentation
- 9Dedication to patient-centered care
