Pediatric RN Case Manager Dallas Texas
Overview
We seek a compassionate Pediatric RN Case Manager to deliver skilled nursing care to children in DFW homes. This full-time position reports to the Managing Director - Hospice and coordinates care within an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate provides dignified, personalized hospice services while meeting specific qualifications.
What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct comprehensive physical psychosocial and environmental patient assessments
- 2Develop and document individualized plans of care
- 3Communicate effectively with patients families physicians and care teams
- 4Provide clinical guidance to Hospice Aides and LVNs and assist with training
- 5Complete pediatric admissions and prioritize patient scheduling
- 6Participate in assigned on-call rotations for emergency patient support
- 7Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with infection control policies
- 8Support ongoing quality improvement and professional development
- 9Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1Graduate of an accredited Diploma ADN or BSN Nursing program
- 2Current Texas Registered Nurse license
- 3Minimum one year pediatric RN experience in clinical settings
- 4Hospice critical care or Emergency Room experience preferred
- 5Valid CPR certification
- 6Driver's license reliable transportation current auto insurance
- 7Ability to pass criminal background check
- 85+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
Salary Insight
$80 - $90k per year
