What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver skilled nursing care to complex pediatric patients
- 2Conduct assessments and develop care plans with supervisors
- 3Provide health counseling and emotional support to families
- 4Coordinate care with physicians and external agencies
- 5Maintain accurate patient records using electronic charting systems
- 6Drive patients between locations as needed
- 7Implement treatment protocols and monitor patient progress
- 8Educate caregivers on patient management and post-care needs
- 9Ensure safe transportation with valid driver’s license
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience with pediatric home health nursing
- 2AWS Certified Cloud Architecture certification preferred
- 3CPC Card for Healthcare Workers required
- 4Medical, Dental, Vision insurance coverage
- 5Valid/Current Nursing License and CPR certification
- 6Driver’s License with reliable vehicle
- 7Ability to work flexible hours and cover nights
