What You'll Do9
- 1Manage trach and vent care while administering medications and treatments
- 2Monitor physical psychological and social needs with accurate documentation
- 3Educate families and assist with activities of daily living
- 4Scale care plans based on patient progress and family preferences
- 5Maintain medication accuracy and timely chart entries
- 6Provide emotional support during challenging moments
- 7Coordinate with healthcare providers for comprehensive treatment
- 8Utilize pediatric expertise to address complex medical conditions
- 9Train new hires on specialized equipment and protocols
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina
- 3CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed)
- 4Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- 5Reliable transportation for onsite visits
- 6Passion for pediatric/home care and professional development
- 7Ability to remain calm under pressure
- 8Experience with trach and vent equipment preferred
Salary Insight
$62 - $71k per year
