What You'll Do9
- 1Own patient care plans and ensure accurate documentation of physician orders
- 2Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor client conditions daily
- 3Perform skilled interventions and administer medications as prescribed

- 5Maintain professional boundaries while building therapeutic relationships
- 6Travel to client homes according to flexible schedule

Requirements10
- 1Current nursing license in good standing in Pennsylvania
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Certified in pediatric specialized care
- 4Experience with EHR systems and medical documentation
- 5Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 6Strong communication skills for client and family education
- 7Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle
- 8Background check clearance
- 9Proficiency with telehealth platforms
- 10Certification in pediatric nursing specialties
