Overview

What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships with families to understand individual needs
- 2Design and implement care plans using Spark and Airflow
- 3Lead daily care activities and troubleshoot challenges
- 4Ship equipment and monitor patient progress remotely
- 5Drive improvements in patient outcomes through data analysis
- 6Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services
- 7Train new hires on ventilator trach and g-tube protocols
- 8Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- 9Participate in community outreach events
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of clinical experience
- 3Certified in CPC Card or BCBA
- 412-month certification renewal required
- 5Highlight reel demonstrating technical skills
- 6Reliable transportation needed for onsite visits
- 7Strong communication abilities for family education
- 8Adaptability to varying patient conditions
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care standards
