RNAC MDS Process Specialist
Overview
Coordinate and complete MDS assessments ensuring accurate clinical documentation and optimal reimbursement. Oversee admissions quarterly annual significant change PPS OBRA assessments. Lead care plan meetings and monitor PDPM accuracy. Participate in Medicare meetings and regulatory reviews.

- 7Participate in Medicare meetings and triple check process
- 8Monitor and support PDPM accuracy and reimbursement optimization
- 9Review clinical documentation to support coding and reimbursement
Requirements5
- 1Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- 2Minimum 1–2 years of MDS RNAC experience in skilled nursing facility
- 3Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0 PDPM Medicare Medicaid guidelines
- 4Experience with electronic medical records EMR systems
- 5RAC-CT certification preferred
