RN Test Observer Latitude Training Center
Overview
We seek a dedicated RN Test Observer to support standardized testing environments at Latitude Training Center Detroit Michigan onsite contract. This proactive role ensures testing integrity security and smooth administration requiring strong organizational skills excellent communication and commitment to educational compliance.
What You'll Do7
- 1Supervise standardized testing sessions to ensure compliance with all testing protocols and regulations
- 2Monitor test-takers during exams providing support for students with disabilities or special needs as required
- 3Verify test materials and secure testing environments before during and after exams
- 4Assist in setup and breakdown of testing stations using online testing platforms and other technological tools
- 5Document testing procedures incidents and irregularities accurately in detailed reports
- 6Communicate effectively with students educators and administrators regarding testing procedures and issues
- 7Maintain confidentiality of all test materials and student information in accordance with educational regulations
Requirements10
- 1Supervising experience in educational or testing environments
- 2Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook for documentation and reporting
- 3Experience administering standardized tests using online platforms or digital tools
- 4Knowledge of school legal requirements related to standardized testing and student privacy laws
- 5Strong customer service skills to support students during testing sessions
- 6Understanding of educational assessment administration and disability support services
- 7Excellent communication and writing skills for clear documentation and instructions
- 8Technical proficiency with online testing platforms and classroom technology
- 9Organizational skills to manage multiple test sessions efficiently
- 10Background in teaching or working directly with students in adult education or classroom settings
