What You'll Do9
- 1Assess patient needs using comprehensive evaluations and collaborate with healthcare teams
- 2Develop individualized care plans involving patient and family input
- 3Implement care protocols while delegating tasks appropriately
- 4Document patient interactions and progress accurately
- 5Provide patient education and coordinate follow-up care
- 6Participate in simulation training and competency assessments
- 7Support unit operations through mentorship and teamwork

- 9Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and documentation standards
Requirements5
- 1Current RN license in Arizona or applicable state
- 2Valid BLS certification
- 3Recent graduation from accredited nursing program
- 4Minimum 5+ years experience in acute care settings
- 5Preferred: BCS certification or advanced credentials
