What You'll Do9
- 1Assess patient needs using comprehensive physical psychological social spiritual educational developmental cultural and discharge planning frameworks
- 2Develop individualized care plans collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to set realistic measurable goals
- 3Implement evidence-based interventions while documenting assessments planning and evaluations accurately
- 4Supervise nursing staff coordinate care and delegate tasks appropriately across the department
- 5Participate in quality improvement initiatives and share expertise through mentoring and professional engagement
- 6Maintain compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements
- 7Coordinate with physicians and allied professionals to review diagnostic data and communicate patient status
- 8Provide compassionate patient advocacy and support during critical care situations
- 9Utilize self-scheduling tools for shift flexibility and manage rotating weekends and holidays
Requirements8
- 1Current RN license in Arizona or temporary/compact license with BLS certification
- 2Minimum one year acute care RN experience including one year in acute care setting within past twelve months
- 3Experience with stroke cardiac and pediatric care protocols
- 4Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card required for employment
- 5Bachelor's degree preferred with additional certifications valued
- 6Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- 7Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 8Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams
