What You'll Do9
- 1Assess patient needs using professional nursing practice framework
- 2Formulate individualized care plans with measurable goals

- 5Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff

- 9Supervise staff and manage patient flow across medical surgical and progressive care units
Requirements9
- 1Current RN license in Arizona or temporary/interim license
- 2Minimum one year acute care experience in specialty area
- 3BLS certification required
- 4Experience in telemetry ICU home health skilled nursing or medical surgical settings
- 5Arizona fingerprint clearance card for Banner employment
- 6Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant certifications
- 7Ability to work night shifts with flexible scheduling options
- 8Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
