Reunion Class Manager, Alumni Relations
Overview
Lead the execution of high-level reunion classes for over 6,200 alumni annually. Manage portfolios of events and coordinate with volunteers and officers. Provide strategic oversight and ensure exceptional experiences aligned with HBS values.

- 1Manage and oversee individual reunion class portfolios
- 2Plan and create holistic reunion experiences including programs and activities
- 3Coordinate class-related receptions dinners and events
- 4Recruit and maintain relationships with alumni volunteers
- 5Collaborate with Development teams to support fundraising efforts
- 6Implement special projects and strategic initiatives
- 7Handle on-site reunion management and budgeting
- 8Act as liaison between classes and HBS leadership
- 9Perform operational duties related to class management
- 10Ensure strict adherence to schedules and deadlines across multiple projects
- 11Supervise and motivate team members to achieve goals
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma GED or equivalent required
- 25+ years event planning and volunteer management experience
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- 4Ability to work long hours including evenings weekends
- 5Strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving abilities
- 6Experience with event management applications and database reporting tools
- 7Demonstrated leadership and team motivation capabilities
