Overview

Lead the execution of high-level reunion classes for over 6,200 alumni annually. Manage portfolios of events and coordinate with volunteers and officers. Provide strategic oversight and ensure exceptional experiences aligned with HBS values.

What You'll Do11

  • 7Handle on-site reunion management and budgeting
  • 8Act as liaison between classes and HBS leadership
  • 9Perform operational duties related to class management
  • 10Ensure strict adherence to schedules and deadlines across multiple projects
  • 11Supervise and motivate team members to achieve goals

Requirements7

  • 1High School Diploma GED or equivalent required
  • 25+ years event planning and volunteer management experience
  • 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
  • 4Ability to work long hours including evenings weekends
  • 5Strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • 6Experience with event management applications and database reporting tools
  • 7Demonstrated leadership and team motivation capabilities
