What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with customers while helping them locate products and solve needs

- 4Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes as part of omni-channel operations
- 5Complete merchandise recovery and maintain store inventory through return processes
- 6Perform Store In Stock Optimization and planogram duties as assigned
- 7Support shrink and safety initiatives while following SOPs and company policies
- 8Interact respectfully with colleagues and act as a role model for team members
- 9Cross train in custom framing sales and production roles
- 10Maintain cleanliness in stock rooms and frame shop environments
- 11Work nights weekends and early mornings including outdoor tasks when needed
Requirements8
- 15+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- 2Physical ability to stand long periods move throughout store lift boxes and reach high shelves
- 3Experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 4Knowledge of AWS Certified solutions
- 5Understanding of BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
- 6Familiarity with VOC surveys and rewards program benefits
- 7Commitment to upholding SOPs and inclusive workplace standards
- 8Attention to detail for merchandise recovery and planogram accuracy
