What You'll Do11
- 1Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions
- 2Interact face to face with customers to build rapport and deliver exceptional service
- 3Meet monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship management
- 4Conduct daily property inspections including lock checks and unit showings
- 5Process transactions using our Point of Sale system and manage cash deposits
- 6Maintain cleanliness of units and common areas through regular cleaning tasks
- 7Operate ladders safely while performing maintenance and operational duties
- 8Assist with lease agreements and store merchandising responsibilities
- 9Communicate with customers about payment issues and follow up on overdue accounts
- 10Collaborate with district managers to optimize store performance
- 11Uphold safety standards and facility guidelines during all shifts
Requirements9
- 15+ years of retail or hospitality experience with proven sales success
- 2Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
- 3Experience with POS systems and basic accounting principles
- 4Physical stamina to stand walk and lift up to 50 pounds
- 5Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation
- 6Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- 7Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and conduct
- 8Willingness to relocate if necessary
- 9Background check clearance preferred
