You will build customer relationships, handle cash transactions, and perform site inspections. What You'll Do8
- 1Build customer relationships by identifying storage needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- 2Drive sales by renting units and selling insurance and moving supplies.
- 3Maintain site cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and grounds upkeep.
- 4Perform daily safety inspections, including lock checks.
- 5Resolve customer concerns about billing, security, and site usage.
- 6Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and complete daily bank deposits.
- 7Follow up on delinquent payments and process customer payments.
- 8Protect company culture by fostering professional relationships with team members.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of customer-facing work experience.
- 2Sales experience preferred.
- 3Current valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- 4High School diploma or GED.
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 6Comfort with indoor and outdoor work in varying weather.
