What You'll Do10
- 1Build trust with guests by delivering personalized product recommendations and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction
- 2Drive sales by upselling and highlighting deals at checkout while staying informed on promotions
- 3Greet guests, create a welcoming environment, and maintain a high level of customer service
- 4Open or close the store, manage cash, and follow procedures to ensure accurate transactions
- 5Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and compliant with store standards
- 6Support inventory tasks including restocking and fulfilling online orders
- 7Collaborate with team to maintain an inclusive upbeat atmosphere
- 8Sign guests up for rewards programs to encourage loyalty
- 9Adapt to a fast paced retail setting and take on additional duties as needed
- 10Provide accurate information about products and assist guests in finding the right fit
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2At least 6 months of customer facing or sales experience with emphasis on service
- 3Minimum 6 months of POS experience and cash handling accuracy
- 4Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast paced, compliance driven environment
- 5Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
- 6Excellent communication and multitasking skills with strong customer focus
- 7Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools
- 8Strong time management and organizational skills
- 9De escalation skills and a calm, solution oriented approach to customer concerns
- 10Collaborative mindset and readiness to support store leadership and team success
