Overview
You will own the customer experience at Thrive Cannabis Marketplace, guiding every visitor through our product selection with expertise and empathy. You will work with a close-knit team in a high-volume Las Vegas dispensary, supporting both in-store and online orders. This role stands out for its focus on education and personalized service, plus a performance bonus that can raise your hourly pay to $20.00.
What You'll Do7
- 1Greet each customer as they enter, assess their needs, and recommend products based on their preferences and experience level.
- 2Drive sales by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and meet average order goals per shift.
- 3Process in-store and online orders with accuracy, verifying order details and completing transactions swiftly.
- 4Verify customer IDs and follow all Cannabis Compliance Board and Thrive policies to ensure a safe, compliant environment.
- 5Coordinate with team members to manage customer flow and keep wait times low, boosting store efficiency and satisfaction.
- 6Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store and facility area, adhering to all company protocols.
- 7Stay informed on product knowledge, cannabis regulations, and current inventory to provide accurate guidance.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in retail sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- 2Ability to obtain necessary state and city work cards (must be 21+).
- 3High energy and adaptability, with availability for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts in a 24/7 operation.
- 4Genuine interest in cannabis and willingness to learn about products in the evolving industry.
- 5Excellent customer service skills with a warm, positive attitude.
- 6Attention to detail in order accuracy, compliance, and multitasking.
- 7Comfort with Mac-based POS systems and phone communication.
- 8Ability to stand, sit, or bend for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work shifts up to 10 hours.
