What You'll Do10

- 4Operate the point of sale system accurately and manage cash transactions
- 5Stay informed on industry trends, product releases, and regulations to provide timely guidance
- 6Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and peak customer satisfaction
- 7Support management with daily tasks, checkouts, and cash handling
- 8Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and MED requirements
- 9Assist with additional duties to support a cohesive team dynamic
- 10Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention practices
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Must be at least 21 years of age
- 3Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- 4Knowledge of cannabis products a plus
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- 7Proficient in cash handling and basic math
- 8Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- 9Ability to obtain and maintain MED badge in Colorado
- 10Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
