What You'll Do11
- 1Greet and assist all guests in a warm professional manner to create an exceptional experience

- 5Maintain a clean organized store and follow all procedures
- 6Open and close the store handle cash and process transactions accurately
- 7Support inventory tasks such as restocking and fulfilling online orders
- 8Consistently meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge
- 9Highlight deals and complementary items at checkout
- 10Stay current with promotions and product updates
- 11Take on extra duties as needed to support team and store success
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2At least six months of customer‑facing or sales experience focused on service
- 3Minimum six months using POS systems and handling cash accurately
- 4Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- 5Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- 6Basic math and computer proficiency
- 7Positive proactive mindset and effective de‑escalation skills
- 8Solid time management and organizational capabilities
- 9Experience with allergen awareness and physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds
- 10Clear vision (20 inches or less)
- 11Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends holidays and occasional overnights
