Retail Sales Associate, Apparel & Customer Service
Overview
You will own the in-store customer journey at Express Northpark, driving sales through authentic service and brand advocacy. You will join a team of 15 associates across a 10,000 square foot store, reporting to the Store Manager. Your first 90 days will focus on mastering the POS system, building loyalty sign-ups, and keeping the store visually shoppable. What You'll Do6
- 1Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout, reducing wait times with swift POS transactions.
- 2Drive credit and loyalty program sign-ups by explaining benefits and encouraging customer participation.
- 3Resolve customer service issues on the spot, escalating to Store Management when needed.
- 4Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to uphold safety standards.
- 5Assist with product launches and floor sets according to company SOP.
- 6Support team goals by collaborating on visual merchandising and inventory tasks.
Requirements7
- 10-2 years of retail or customer service experience; minimum 6 months in a similar role.
- 2High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3Proficiency with iPad and register systems.
- 4Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
- 5Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.
- 7Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
