What You'll Do8
- 1Create a welcoming store environment by keeping the sales floor, checkout, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean and organized.

- 3Assist with product launches according to Express SOP to keep displays fresh and accurate.
- 4Deliver the full customer experience model, from greeting to checkout, ensuring every interaction is positive.
- 5Process transactions quickly and accurately with iPad and register systems to minimize customer wait time.
- 6Resolve customer service issues positively, using judgment to determine solutions or escalating to management with clear communication.
- 7Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customer sign-ups.
- 8Support additional tasks as directed by the supervisor, including stocking and folding merchandise.
Requirements9
- 10-2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months in any job.
- 2High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3Proficiency with technology, including iPad and point-of-sale registers.
- 4Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours as scheduled.
- 5Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing for long periods and lifting merchandise.
- 6Previous retail experience preferred.
- 7Strong customer service skills and comfort interacting with diverse customers.
