What You'll Do12
- 1Execute flow of merchandise in and out of the stock area
- 2Process all merchandise shipments and report discrepancies to the Store Manager
- 3Fold or hang merchandise properly in the stock area
- 4Maintain awareness of replenishment needs
- 5Prepare customer shipments for delivery
- 6Know store merchandise layout and keep stock area organized
- 7Replenish supplies as requested by management
- 8Assist cleaning or maintenance issues on sales floor or stock room
- 9Complete transfers, markdowns, and consolidations accurately
- 10Understand management and participate in inventory preparation
- 11Support visual team with store floorset as needed
- 12Follow visual directives and assist with store setups
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 1 year of related retail experience
- 2Excellent interpersonal skills leading a team environment
- 3Strong English communication verbal and written
- 4Ability to manage time and projects effectively
- 5Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shift
- 6Experience packing and moving stock for receiving functions
- 7Willingness to work weekends and night shifts
- 8Ability to climb ladders and handle products up to 50 pounds
- 9Education in specialty or luxury retail or customer service
