What You'll Do9
- 1Build a client book through proactive outreach and personalized styling appointments, hitting individual sales goals each month.
- 2Greet every customer with genuine warmth, assess their needs, and style complete outfits that drive sales and repeat visits.
- 3Model brand standards by engaging customers with product stories and fabric knowledge, setting the bar for service excellence.
- 4Collaborate with the Store Manager to sharpen personal selling skills and set measurable development targets.
- 5Replenish sales floor inventory and maintain a visually appealing store that mirrors Splendid's aesthetic.
- 6Execute visual merchandising and promotion setups as directed by the visuals and marketing teams.
- 7Support loss prevention by monitoring fitting rooms and exits, and following cash handling procedures at the POS system.
- 8Flex to cover peak hours, including weekends and nights, to meet business demands.
- 9Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and assist with cycle counts and markdowns.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail, or equivalent customer service background.
- 2Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building lasting client relationships.
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members.
- 4High level of initiative and self-starting mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- 5Ability to operate a cash register and follow cash handling procedures accurately.
- 6Comfortable with repetitive hand motions while using computers and cash registers.
- 7Must be available to work weekend and night shifts regularly.
- 8Ability to stand for entire shifts and lift/move product up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders as needed.
- 9Flexibility to handle a crowded, noisy store environment and occasional interactions with service animals.
