Overview
You will own the customer journey on the sales floor at J.Crew Factory, delivering a seamless and authentic brand experience. You will collaborate with a team of 10-15 associates and managers to drive daily sales, exceed service expectations, and manage product flow. Your role blends customer engagement with operational tasks, from stocking to visual merchandising. You will be the first point of contact for customer feedback, shaping store decisions. What You'll Do8

- 2Drive sales by exceeding individual and store sales goals each shift.

- 6Support the team during peak hours by managing fitting rooms and handling customer inquiries.
- 7Maintain visual standards by following J.Crew visual guidelines and updating displays.
- 8Handle product returns and exchanges per company policy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements8
- 118+ years old per company policy.
- 21+ years in a retail or customer-facing role, with a passion for fashion.
- 3Ability to lift, carry, and move 40 pounds (18 kilos) regularly.
- 4Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- 5Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
- 6Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to match customers with styles.
- 7Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and operational hiccups.
- 8Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
