What You'll Do11
- 1Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
- 2Achieve personal store sales goals and service objectives
- 3Manage DIY services including battery installation testing and wiper installs
- 4Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
- 5Act as key holder for task assignment and completion safety open close duties
- 6Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away shoot outs cycle counts back stock
- 7Maintain store cleanliness floors bathrooms facing dusting parking lot
- 8Provide DIY services including battery installation testing and wiper installs
- 9Successfully complete Parts Knowledge Assessment
- 10Use basic math accurately with whole numbers common fractions and decimals
- 11Operate Microsoft software Word Excel effectively
Requirements12
- 1Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability internal engine suspension brakes electronic exhaust
- 2Speak and write English Spanish plus communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers peers and management
- 3Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions parts catalogs procedure manuals write simple correspondence
- 4Understand and execute instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
- 5Successfully complete Parts Knowledge Assessment
- 6Use basic math accurately whole numbers common fractions and decimals
- 7Operate Microsoft software Word Excel effectively
- 8Strong organizational skills
- 9Ability to work an assortment of days evenings and weekends as needed
- 103-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
- 11Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions
- 12Valid driver's license ASE certification preferred
