What You'll Do11

- 9Develop advanced parts sourcing strategies from multiple channels

- 11Implement effective parts lookup systems for rapid resolution
Requirements11
- 1Working knowledge of automotive systems with diagnostic capabilities spanning internal engines to electronic components
- 2Excellent English communication skills with Spanish proficiency as an advantage
- 3Ability to interpret technical documentation and provide clear customer guidance
- 4Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations using various measurement systems
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel platforms

- 7Valid driver’s license required for field operations
- 83-5 years of automotive parts retail experience
- 9ASE certification preferred but not mandatory
- 103-5 years of progressive automotive parts experience
- 11Proven track record in customer transaction fulfillment
