What You'll Do11
- 1Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
- 2Achieve personal and store sales goals through strategic execution
- 3Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper replacement
- 4Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
- 5Serve as key holder for task assignments and operational safety
- 6Assist with inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts
- 7Maintain cleanliness across floors bathrooms and parking areas
- 8Provide technical support using diagnostic equipment for complex repairs
- 9Recommend advanced solutions and products based on diagnostic findings
- 10Utilize POS and parts lookup systems to enhance efficiency
- 11Develop expert recommendations for parts and automotive systems
Requirements10
- 1Working knowledge of automotive systems including internal engines suspension brakes and electronics
- 2Ability to speak and write English with Spanish proficiency as a plus
- 3Strong mathematical skills for calculations using various units of measurement
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and record keeping
- 53-5 years of automotive parts experience with proven sales capabilities
- 6Valid driver’s license with ASE certification preferred
- 7Physical stamina to handle demanding work schedules including evenings and weekends
- 8Education certificates and licenses required for specific qualifications
- 9Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle issues using specialized equipment
- 10Understanding of document interpretation procedures and written communication standards
