Overview
Coordinate implement restorative nursing care for patients under Nursing direction and Rehabilitation collaboration to maximize physical functioning and emotional wellness. Oversee restorative programs facilitate patient transitions and attend rehab rounds. Train caregivers and monitor ROM compliance. Ensure proper use of mobility equipment and address diverse patient needs.

Requirements11
- 1Registered CNA by state certification
- 25+ years experience with restorative care practices
- 3Proficiency with wheelchair walker cane lift equipment
- 4Ability to move 25 pounds to 50 feet distance
- 5Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 6Experience with electronic health record documentation systems
- 7Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
- 8Valid driver's license for patient transport
- 9Ability to work independently in fast-paced clinical environment
- 10Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- 11Commitment to maintaining therapeutic relationships with diverse patient populations
