Overview

Lead restorative nursing duties for patients under nurse direction in a Life Care Center. Work independently while following strict protocols. Ensure patient safety and proper documentation.

What You'll Do10

  • 3Document and chart patient care accurately
  • 4Respond to call lights promptly
  • 5Execute physician ordered exercises

  • 8Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • 9Follow company policies and compliance training
  • 10Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements5

  • 1High school diploma graduate of state approved CNA program
  • 2Currently registered licensed CNA in good standing
  • 3Active state license maintained throughout employment
  • 4One year geriatric nursing experience preferred
  • 5CPR certification obtained at hire or during orientation
