Overview
Manage food and beverage service for restaurant and room service shifts 7am-11:45am including weekends and holidays. Provide professional service communication and resolve customer issues. Seek candidates with 1 year experience.
What You'll Do11
- 1Understand menu ingredients and preparation to deliver expected service
- 2Maintain clean organized safe work environment
- 3Efficiently operate POS system
- 4Transport and polish wares utensils to required areas
- 5Multitask and bridge service between front of house and back of house
- 6Comply with opening closing and side work requirements
- 7Direct communication with culinary and management teams
- 8Resolve customer complaints about service product and personnel
- 9Expedite service during chef or manager absence
- 10Verbally describe hotel food offerings professionally
