Overview
You own the guest experience at Prime Cut, delivering gourmet table service in a high-volume casino restaurant. You take orders, serve food, and process payments with speed and accuracy. You work alongside a tight-knit crew of servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth. This role demands Food Handlers Card, TiPS, and RBS Certification within 60 days, plus a gaming license.
What You'll Do8
- 1Take food and beverage orders promptly, transmit them to the Culinary team, and serve dishes to guests
- 2Process guest payments: handle cash, count back change, validate comps, and operate the POS system
- 3Deliver table service per department standards, from greeting to check-out
- 4Follow food handling procedures to keep every plate safe and quality
- 5Maintain station cleanliness, restock supplies, and complete side duties
- 6Coordinate with servers, bussers, hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing
- 7Meet uniform, appearance, and grooming standards each shift
- 8Adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies at all times
Requirements10
- 121+ years old
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 36 months experience in gourmet food service preferred
- 4Knowledge of food and wine
- 5Excellent interpersonal skills
- 6Current Food Handlers Card
- 7Current TiPS certification
- 8RBS Certification within 60 days of employment
- 9Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- 10Ability to get and maintain a gaming license
