Requirements7

  • 11-3 years of management experience in hospitality, or 5+ years as a server or bartender in an upscale venue
  • 2Degree in business or hospitality management (preferred, not required)
  • 3Current SNHD food handler card and Nevada TAM certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • 4Experience with Toast POS and OpenTable reservations (preferred)
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for scheduling and reporting
  • 6Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • 7Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills for guest complaints
