Residential Program Supervisor, Mental Health Services & Housing

Own and supervise residential programs for adults with serious mental illness at multiple sites with direct impact on service plans and daily operations. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and supervise residential staff across sites to meet program objectives and policy
- 2Design and manage individual service plans and progress notes to ensure quality outcomes
- 3Train supervise and coach staff, provide performance feedback and disciplinary action as needed
- 4Oversee medication management and safety procedures ensuring compliance with regulations
- 5Coordinate with local service providers to facilitate resident access to services and benefits
- 6Monitor staffing levels and cover shifts to maintain consistent operations
- 7Lead quality assurance activities including record audits safety reports and quarterly reviews
- 8Conduct weekly site visits and ensure site maintenance aligns with standards
- 9Serve as mandated reporter and handle incident reporting
- 10Provide on-call coverage for medical or psychiatric emergencies across programs
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in a human service-related discipline or mental health discipline or licensed social worker
- 2QMHS designation or eligibility to obtain within required timeframe
- 3Minimum 5 years of qualifying experience in residential or case management with individuals with mental illness
- 4Valid driver's license safe driving record and access to a vehicle
- 5Experience supervising staff and coordinating among multiple sites
- 6Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with one weekend day per month
- 7Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations and service billing

$64 - $70k per year
