Overview

Requirements8

  • 15+ years experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • 2First Aid/CPR certification current and valid
  • 3Valid driver's license for client transportation duties
  • 4Strong communication skills and ability to engage residents effectively
  • 53-5 seasons of relevant caregiving experience
  • 6Self-motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments
  • 7BCBA certification preferred but not required
  • 8Ability to work independently without direct supervision
