What You'll Do11

- 8Monitor resident health and report any concerns promptly
- 9Provide compassionate support during challenging moments
- 10Document care activities accurately and communicate updates to supervisors
- 11Participate in team meetings to improve service quality
Requirements7
- 1Certified Nursing Assistant or Personal Care Attendant certification
- 2Experience with geriatric populations including dementia care
- 3Strong communication skills in English
- 4Ability to follow medical guidelines and safety protocols
- 5Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude
- 6Experience with ADL assistance and patient-centered care
- 7Patience and empathy when working with vulnerable individuals
