Overview
The FT Replenishment Manager oversees Center Store inventory at Thompson Creek Mall ensuring optimal product availability and alignment with brand strategy. This role drives operational excellence through strategic ordering and collaboration with leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize shrinkage.
What You'll Do11
- 1Order and maintain product levels using CAO and ACIS while influencing associates to improve sales and reduce shrink
- 2Partner with schedule writers to align replenishment activities and prioritize daily workload for consistent selection
- 3Set and achieve in-stock service goals across Grocery HBC and DSD categories
- 4Maintain shelf allocations following company policies and support proactive planning for future business needs
- 5Control store expenses through accurate ordering and adherence to company guidelines
- 6Ensure safety by observing and correcting hazards that could cause accidents
- 7Report incidents to the Manager following Food Lion procedures
- 8Perform all training via computer based systems and assist with physical inventory management
- 9Stand for extended periods and operate pallet jacks to move heavy loads
- 10Handle various cleaning substances and manage repetitive motions
- 11Support associate development and maintain positive customer experiences
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong customer service abilities
- 3Ability to learn diverse technical requirements independently
- 4Physical stamina to stand all day and lift up to 2000 pounds
- 5Experience with inventory systems like CAO and ACIS
