Cumberland Farms seeks a Replenishment Buyer to lead inventory management for assigned vendors achieving key performance indicators such as fill rate and days cost of sales. This role drives operational excellence across multiple locations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. What You'll Do11
- 1Purchase and Manage inventory levels of assigned vendors to ensure targeted fill rates are achieved
- 2Analyze Data to determine appropriate order quantities inventory level and replenishment strategy
- 3Communicate with suppliers and carriers to arrange timely and accurate delivery of purchase orders
- 4Identify and create solutions to inventory conditions to avoid spoils and aged inventory
- 5Manage fill-rate aged inventory and expiry reports within assigned buyer groups
- 6Partner with the category management team for seasonal planning and implementation of new items
- 7Prepare reports and records related to buying and inventory activities
- 8Apply knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes including material planning logistics demand planning S&OP fulfillment KPIs and continuous improvement
- 9Utilize MRP software platforms to support efficient inventory operations
- 10Perform essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation
- 11Maintain detailed documentation and foster collaborative relationships across departments
Requirements6
- 1Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Bachelor Degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics
- 22 Years of Experience using an MRP system
- 35 Years of experience using an MRP system
- 4Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 5Minimum 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 6Excellent oral and written communication skills
