- 1Manage ordering parameters to achieve fill-rate turn freshness KPIs
- 2Handle system exceptions to maintain optimal product availability
- 3Develop cost-effective inbound logistics routes preserving freshness standards
- 4Partner with Demand Planners to enhance forecast accuracy
- 5Communicate issue impacts on KPI achievement
- 6Create vendor strategies to meet fill-rate inventory freshness targets
- 7Collaborate with Manager of Replenishment Category Managers and Planning Analysts
- 8Drive process improvements through active participation
- 9Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- 10Supervise team members and lead replenishment initiatives
- 11Utilize Relex or similar inventory management tools
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree with minimum ten years produce buying experience
- 2Proven leadership skills managing concurrent projects and deadlines
- 3Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
- 4Experience with Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook
- 5Familiarity with inventory management software
- 6Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- 7Commitment to customer service excellence
- 8Understanding of produce supply chain operations
- 9Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 10Tenacity and urgency to deliver results
