What You'll Do11
- 1Purchases and replenishes produce through proper buying procedures
- 2Monitors and acts upon open PO reports for both purchases and credits accurately
- 3Controls spoilage and shrink achieving turn goals participating in inventory
- 4Completes spoilage sampling temperature and sweep worksheets as required
- 5Maximizes sales potential through effective stocking and merchandising procedures
- 6Oversees customer special order procedures analyzing product transfers waste and spoilage
- 7Supports leadership in conducting inventories
- 8Maintains financial profitability by meeting purchasing and sales targets
- 9Arrives on time appropriately groomed dressed ready to work performs all scheduled shifts
- 10Provides excellent customer service addressing needs promptly and effectively
- 11Follows procedures for weights measures health sanitation and safe work practices
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong basic math skills
- 3Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and ordering systems
- 4Clear communication abilities for team members customers and vendors
- 5Passion for natural foods and Whole Foods mission
- 6Ability to work in fast-paced environment with sense of urgency
- 7Understanding of WFM quality goals and compliance
- 8Physical capability to lift 50 pounds
- 9Standing walking 6-8 hours daily with motions bending twisting squatting and reaching
- 10Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
