What You'll Do10
- 1Purchases and replenishes produce through proper buying procedures
- 2Monitors and acts upon open purchase order reports accurately and timely
- 3Controls spoilage and shrink achieving turn goals participating in inventory
- 4Completes spoilage sampling temperature and sweep worksheets as required
- 5Maximizes sales potential through effective stocking and merchandising procedures
- 6Oversees customer special order procedures and analyzes product transfers waste and spoilage
- 7Supports leadership in conducting inventories and maintains financial profitability by meeting purchasing and sales targets
- 8Arrives on time appropriately groomed dressed and ready to work performs all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings
- 9Provides excellent customer service addressing needs promptly and effectively models suggestive selling techniques answers phones and pages courteously
- 10Follows procedures ensures compliance with weights measures health sanitation and safe work practices maintains clean sanitary environment and equipment
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong basic math skills
- 3Knowledge and application of produce merchandising expectations
- 4Ability to educate team on product knowledge and convey enthusiasm
- 5Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast‑paced environment with sense of urgency
- 6Understanding of WFM quality goals
- 7Experience 12+ months retail experience
- 8Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- 9Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- 10Exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- 11Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
