What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain accurate parts and fleet inventories through proper documentation
- 2Secure and tie-down equipment using proper cargo securement methods
- 3Perform pre-delivery inspections and document work via technology platform
- 4Assist with equipment deployment to stores including Pre-Delivery Inspections
- 5Train store associates on equipment operation and complete check-in/check-out procedures
- 6Deliver rental equipment to customers while providing basic operational training
- 7Obtain signatures for each delivery or pickup
- 8Travel overnight less than five percent of the time
- 9Demonstrate professionalism through uniform attire and high-quality customer service
- 10Manage administrative tasks related to fleet management
- 11Ensure compliance with local licensing and safety requirements
Requirements11
- 1Valid driver’s license and one year of commercial driving experience
- 2One year of Commercial Driving experience within the previous five years
- 3Knowledge of DOT Physical Examination medical card
- 4Safe driving record
- 5Experience with delivery trucks and tandem axle utility trailers
- 6Understanding of load securement and tie-down procedures
- 7Familiarity with Motor Carrier Safety regulations and DOT guidelines
- 8Ability to work independently and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
- 9Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 10High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 11Minimum three to five years of relevant experience
