- 1Build and maintain strong client relationships

- 6Collaborate with manager to set and achieve goals
- 7Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and progress
- 8Deliver personalized insurance solutions to families and individuals
- 9Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and policies
- 10Analyze sales performance and identify improvement areas
- 11Provide ongoing training and mentorship to new hires
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing remote sales teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Insurance license required or willingness to obtain one
- 7Basic computer skills with laptop or desktop
- 8Reside in North America including United States or Canada
- 9Strong verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
- 10Friendly and professional demeanor
